I should be a pound lighter by Monday or so :) I'm doing good getting back into the groove of things by being a little less strict with my RDI being 1500 to lose a 1 pound a week, but eventually I think I want to go back to my original RDI of 1200 (My Fitness pal's recommendation) and go back to losing 2 pounds a week! I really enjoyed that pace and it was working for me, that routine caused me to lose 36 pounds in about 4 to 5 months. By going back to that calorie intake I should be my goal weight by April I think ( lose it estimated around the end of April) which would be great! I'm gonna stick to fat secret though cause so far its been the most exciting platform I've used and everyone is so supportive of each other! If I continue with this routine I think i'll be my goal weight by some time in July.
