Destroyed my goal. I'm in the best shape of my life. Now I need to tone because of the excess skin. Using lots of skin lotion in hopes to make my skin retract. I couldn't be happier with my results. Best advice I could give? Chose to be happy. It's not going to find you, you have to go and grab it by the balls. When I was bigger I was delusional in thinking I was happy. I wasn't doing the physical activities I was interested in, I wasn't attracting the kind of women I wanted to pursue, and I wasn't loving myself. When you can't stand how limited your life is because of your weight, that's when the change will come. The beauty is its really not that hard. It's 80% showing up, 20% effort. I did it, and I know you all can. Thank you for all the motivation this last year. You are all inspiring.

So I reached my goal and passed it by 14lbs. The secret you ask? Get dumped and have your heart broken. All jokes aside, getting back on the dating scene was the catalyst to my weight loss. Once I had to start dating again I told myself I wanted to be with someone mentally and physically sound, someone who could be my equal and push me as hard as I was going to push them towards a helathy and successful lifestyle. If I was going to demand that from someone, I had to be able to offer the same to them. So I got my act together and never looked back. I've never been happier, I'm sexy as hell and just thoroughly enjoying life. I'm eating well and hitting the gym daily usually for only 20-30 minutes. It helped to stop thinking about losing everything at once and just do it everyday day in and day out as little as it may be. I'm proof that it works. I wish everyone and myself continued success. I'm well aware that if I don't keep it up the pounds can come back quicker than I lost them. Bless you all for your help and encouragement.
