6 weeks without sugar. Total carbs under 20g/day, Net carbs 10-13/day. Average calories under 1000/day. Very little weight loss. Disheartening, until I read that those that lose the most weight quickly are giving up sodas and bread - two things I don't eat anyway. Need to boost exercise. Today - off the wagon for two days. Visiting family and they had birthday cake for me. Angel food cake with chocolate whipped cream icing. Lunch: quiche with no crust, ham, onion. No breakfast, no dinner.

Starting with cutting sugars (which means cutting carbs - but most of my carbs come from sugars). Very skeptical of anything telling me that fresh fruit is "bad", but I understand that sugars are very easily stored...
Expecting some form of "keto flu" style withdrawal symptoms in addition to my usual short temper and intolerance, so this first week should be fun.

20 counter pushups, 10 squats. After work, did 1.5 miles on the elliptical, heart rate at 145, in about 15 min. Followed by stretching, 20 pushups, and a brisk 1 mile walk on the park trail.
1 Tablespoon Braggs in warm water at night
