Disappointed. I probably need to drink more water, but really I am not a water drinker. I have added a multivitiamin flavor to it and it does taste better. I have gone back to drinking my pepsi since I have not been seeing a great weight reduction. Maybe this isn't the right diet for me?????

Still haven't had any pepsi's to drink since starting this diet. I really though that the weight would come off faster, but will stick with this for awhile i guess. If I don't see results, I get disappointed and usually quit, but will keep trying.

Not sure why I gained 2.8 pounds, I still haven't had any sodas, maybe a snack of something sweet once in a while, but disappointed with weight gain.

Started phase one on July 21st and weight was 180
weighed myself today, July 30th and weight was 174 of course I did cheat a little, having to give up sugar and caffine was very hard to just drink water. And did eat a roll one day and meat one day, but atleast I have lost something for the first 9 days. Now onto phase two.
