Disappointed. I probably need to drink more water, but really I am not a water drinker. I have added a multivitiamin flavor to it and it does taste better. I have gone back to drinking my pepsi since I have not been seeing a great weight reduction. Maybe this isn't the right diet for me?????
175.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
