It just seems all the fat is around my core, when ppl see me they think there is no way that you are overweight. It can be frustrating. I dont intake as much alcohol as i did a year ago, and I was 185 lbs. No matter what I just cant seem to lose it. Im being told lift weights (low weight, high rep) Im told to RUN, but I hate running, plus the pain of impact on my shins is too much. I like the INSANITY program, however i dont know as far as food what to eat. I guess the things I should eat I wont, so I will just not eat. and Im sure thats not the answer.
