39 Years old - I have weighed between 175 and 225 my whole life with most of that time spent fluctuating between 195-205. I am currently 220 - My goal is to get back under 200 (for now). I am fairly active but during this process I am limiting myself to cardio exercise 25 minutes a day.

Salad dressing recommendations!! Please!!
My father invented a dressing many years ago that I like a lot.

1 part olive oil
3 parts balsamic

1 spoonful of dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of worchestershire

Shake and pour it on - super low cal!

Healthy and Filling Foods
Hi - this is pretty normal - and in fact eating another small meal at this time is appropriate - it has been 4+ hours since lunch. The idea is to eat a smallish meal to tide you over til dinner. Depending on when that is (7pm?)

If you can't take a break to eat a 300 cal meal - I would suggest a handful of nuts (almonds are good) and some sort of veggies. I find that a baggie filled with raw broccoli and cauliflower can also do the trick. Its not so yummy - but it gets your mind off of the hunger. After a few weeks. You should settle down and the hunger will be more manageable. Eating something is a good idea. Chocolate will prob just make you more hungry though.
