So far so good.
So what do all of you do when you really fall off the skinny wagon. Are you ashamed to log in your food after all your good progress? I fell off the wagon last night and had roast and gravy with potatoes. Its hard for me to cook what the rest of my family wants and not eat some.

GOOD MORNING BEAUTIFUL FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Day 2, early I know, but I feel better than I've felt in a verrrrryyy long time. I took 3, 10 Min. walks yesterday, and I've already walked around our pond today. I'm convinced finally that excercising really does make one feel better. I'm lovin the skinny wagon.

Hey, Leah22, are you a cosmetologist? I am (inactive), and you look like one.
You would love doing hair. I have always loved the art of doing hair, however I live in a small town where people complain about prices, give bad checks,....I can go on, but as you've probably already realized as a care specialist people can be a bit difficult at times. I had my own shop for 6 years. Now if I get back in it I want to work for someone again. I know it sounds crazy, but then I wouldn't have to deal with all of the above.
Oh, and fried chicken will be so hard but you're right I'm through with it. I live in the south, and could live off fried chicken!
