Got my workout done this afternoon; felt good and energizing. Preparing meals is getting easier now that I have a routine to follow. Weigh in tomorrow morning, hoping for good news.

Got my weight workout done; increased it to 5 rounds at 10 reps each will stay that way for the rest of the month and then the reps will go up by 5. Trying really hard this time to stick with the weight loss and eating right.

Did not do an entry yesterday as I was busy all day and did not have the time. Not much happened, stuck to my routine even though my workout was later than I liked. Working on night time hunger. Going to try adding pickles, string cheese or sugar-free jello as to not add anymore carbs or calories than needed.

Had a great day today. Talked with our dietitian again today and she said that what my husband and I are doing with our diets is good. We meet with her again next month.

Still needing to get my night time snack in check. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I may be confusing hunger for something else. I'm going to add 2 containers of sugar free jello to my snack and see if that helps so that I am not resorting to eating chips or sweets to curb the hunger.
