Been doing some form of zone or atkins since Feb 13 and am down 9 pounds. Probably some of that is water weight but I'm getting stronger and dropping pounds every day.
Keys to success:
1. Minimal drinking
2. Minimal wheat
3. Exercise hard 60 minutes every day
4. Good food timing
Goal is to get down to 180 for cycling this summer and fast but not at the expense of strength.
