That is so true. People think dieting is ALWAYS about eating less, but it's always about what kind of things you put inside you. If you eat healthy then there's a great chance that you will be healthy too if you also do the right things with it.

I'm on the Paleolithic diet and I couldn't be happier with what I have achieved.

I think you need to make a little adjustment when it comes to what you during the times that you should be eating. Have you counted everything that you're taking?

I suggest a food journal to keep track of what you're taking, it's a temporary solution just to find out where you're going wrong.

Quitting smoking while losing weight
Yeah, I know how you feel. The common problem that smokers have when they decide to quit is that they tend to eat more because their mouth is looking for something. It's a challenge but you can do it!

Achieve How a Quick Weight Loss Can Be a Healthy
That is true. I think the saying that "You are what you eat." is getting way too overblown, people are focusing way too much on what they eat and forgetting the other things that they should be doing which is EXERCISE. Sure, eating healthy is the best first step but there are also other factors that you should consider if you want to lose weight the right way.

I've been guided by this fantastic cookbook and doing workouts along side it and I can't be happier. My whole lifestyle has changed for the better.
