A 25 year old, struggling to lose weight for more than a decade.
Have been overweight ever since I got conscious of my surroundings and have been struggling to shed off those extra pounds all my life. There was a point in my life where I had even managed to get as below as 68kgs from 74kgs back in 2010 all on my own when I was in the 2nd year of my college. But then, the weight I had lost in that period of time came back doubled up. And now, here I am; weighing over 80kgs; a number I never imagined I'd ever be seeing in my entire life of 25 years.
But...enough is enough. I cannot lose this battle of mine against this weight anymore.
I shall strive to reach my ideal body weight by God's Will and my hard work. I shall definitely not retreat this time around.
I will definitely come out victorious this time. I shall strive to live healthily from my mid-20's.

Initial weight before 2010: 74kgs
After initial weight-loss 2010: 68kgs

Initial weight after weight gain Dec 2015 - 5 Jan 2016: 81.4kgs
Final weight goal (IBW) Aug 2016: 55kgs

1st Goal (Jan 2016): 80kgs (Achieved 79.7kgs by 27th Jan 2016!)
2nd Goal (Feb 2016): 76kgs (Achieved 78.7kgs by 3rd Feb 2016!
(Failed to achieve target. managed to get to 78.3kg by 29th Feb 2016.)
3rd Goal (Mar 2016): 72kgs
4th Goal (Apr 2016): 68kgs
5th Goal (May 2016): 64kgs
6th Goal (Jun 2016): 62kgs
7th Goal (Jul 2016): 58kgs
8th Goal (Aug 2016): 55kgs
