Long time Fitness enthusiast, I love working out and going to the gym - eating clean and healthy food and cooking. I just one day woke up when I was in high school and decided to JUST DO IT. It's a battle, it's NOT easy and your going to fail multiple times, but as long as you get back up and start over again. you become harder, better, faster, stronger. Don't even give up! Even when I do go up in my weight, my body knows where to hold everything exactly. muscle memory is amazing. Keep at it and NEVER GIVE UP!!

Feel free to ask me for tips/trick and facts, DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ! Most likely, if it comes in a package with ingredients that you cannot pronounce, you won't see the definition and changes that you desire in your body. Stick to fruits and veggies, organic meat, even go vegan...know what you put into your body is a direct reflection of how you will look in the mirror. Be smart, and don't give into that naughty temptation unless you worked your ass off for it!
