I'm feeling really good. I am doing about 1200 calories a day. I am not too gases or bloated like I used to be. I did have 1 day where I didnt eat dinner and was sitting for a long time and got a terrible bloating pain. Eek! I eat ever 2-3 hours soooo that wasnt good! I am excercising consistantly so its all good!

I ate a Shrimp Bowl from Baja Fresh yesterday 1/7/2012 and there are no nutritional values on Baja Fresh's website so I cant exactly recorded it. However I do believe that its around 650-700 calories. It was a great dinner option for me then because I was in need of some food pronto!!
