I'm feeling really good. I am doing about 1200 calories a day. I am not too gases or bloated like I used to be. I did have 1 day where I didnt eat dinner and was sitting for a long time and got a terrible bloating pain. Eek! I eat ever 2-3 hours soooo that wasnt good! I am excercising consistantly so its all good!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
