Can I just say...
1. My food journal will always be set to "this is some of what I ate". I don't want to put that it is exactly what I ate. I mean... I plan on recording everything, but I'm not a wizard! I may not always correctly guesstimate the amount of something I have eaten.
2. I know cookies are bad. I know they are very, very bad. But I have been extremely stressed out lately and my tummy is not happy about it. I bought the fiber one cookies so that I will consume more fiber atm and not have to fight to eat it.
