I'm learning to love myself for the first time in my life, so it's still hard to talk about myself. I'm married. When Joe and I met (I've always been overweight), we were both so happy that we ate out for dinner a lot and indulged in unhealthy foods to the point that we both gained a significant amount of weight. Now, 5 years after marriage, we're both doing our own weight loss endeavors, and he supports me in mine like I do him. We camp at state parks, and he likes hiking. I miss running and a little climbing. We both want to canoe and stand-up paddleboard. I enjoy swimming too, and I'd like to get an outdoor bicycle with a foot brake (because I use a recumbent bike in my gym).
