Vegetarian...To be, or not to be? That is the question.
I think you are right on target with your thoughts. What is a healthy diet for one person is not for another. I am considering going to a nutritionist to try to figure out what I should and should not eat. What question I have is which type of nutritionist to go to, a westernized or eastern practicing nutritionist. Did you see a professional to help with your food choices or what research did you do to find your answers?
