Well i'm 23. The main reason I am trying to lose weight is because I want some self confidence. I want to feel good about myself. Having no self confidence causes a lot of problems.

I'm sticking to a calorie controlled diet of between about 1500 and 1600 calories a day. I've lost weight before on this diet but then got comfortable with my boyfriend when we moved intogether and forgot about why I really needed to lose weight.

I can see my confidence far far in the distance.....here I come!!

I'm just doing a calorie controlled diet and trying to be reasonably healthy. It's hard though cos I enjoy food too much!! haha

Yeah me too - Especially when my Bf is on nightshift, that's when I used to binge - it's easy to think if nobody sees you it'll be alright! haha. Hope the rest of last night went ok?

Hi,

Well I just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 23 years old and I've been dieting since I was at school. I've not quite decided what weight I want to get to but I'm sure I will know when I get there - at the moment I have got between 50 and 60lbs to lose but i may want to go a bit further.

I lost 3st with a calorie controlled diet about a year and a half ago but I moved in with my boyfriend and I've managed to put pretty much it all back on - I know that if I don't do something about it now then it will end up being it all and more.

I am following a calorie controlled diet of between about 1500 and 1600 a day - it worked the last time so I'm hoping it will work again this time.

I think my biggest problem is getting enough proper exercise. I've got a really hectic job and I'm doing training just now as well which is making it hard because it takes up most of my time.

Anyway, I'm feeling motivated at the moment. I hope it lasts and I go all the way this time and manage to stay that way.

First Day OK
Hi, congratulations on your first day going well. I think if you can get past day 1 and day 2 then you can do it - I usually fail at lunch time.....haha. I'm on day 4 now though and doing good so far!

Motivation.....I think you just need to keep thinking about why you actually want to do this. For me it is because I am really lacking in self confidence, but I have lost weight before and I know that it helps so so much.

I always find that it helps to see how everyone else is feeling as well, always good to know that there are other people who are going through the same as you!
