Diagonosed with cancer again. Life style to be drastically modified to fight it. Actually started already on 21 February. Under supervision of Dr Peter Hill from the Caleb Centre. The principal that we work on is as follows: Cancer cells are deformed and the only way a cancer cell is able to survive and multiply is by using Glucose to obtain necessary energy for survival and production. Normal cells use Glucose as well as two other sources to get energy. Take away the Glucose and the cancer cell starve while the normal cell switch over to the two other things (unable to remember the names - haha) So my diet consist of a maximum of 30g of carbs a day + No sugar, not even artificial sweetners. Am I craving anything? Yes! Ice-cream, probably my most favrourite things in the world!!!
