I'm a married Maryland girl with 2 girls. I'm fairly active have a wonderful husband and very supportive in helping me to reach my goal. I've been on this weight yoyo for the past 5 years. I've joined a gym and have no motivation to go right now. I need to change my eating habits and thinking about food. This program has helped me see what I'm eating and is teaching me to limit my calories. So far so good!
