Ok, so it's been a while since I have done a journal entry, so here I go. I derailed quite a bit for a while on my diet, but I am feeling more confident now that I can stay on track. I've lost the weight I had gained back and hoping to start losing more towards my goal....setbacks SUCK!!! lol.... Guess I will find out for sure on Wednesday how correct the scales use are, I am going back to the doctor to have my thyroid checked again....wish me luck!
