I have been doing a little better this week. I have not been eating as much as before. I have noticed my portion sizes I went up a little. So I have cut back some and just going to see how it goes. I am happy where I am at. My energy is great and I can get into the size I want. I still need to tone up but that is with time and exercise.

I am having a time with the last 10-12 pounds.It has taken a month just to lose a few pounds. I am okay with my size just needing to tone more. My weight went up last week and then down and back up. I started my period and was glad to start because I was wanting to eat everything and even gave in a few times. I was glad to know it was just the period making me want to eat like crazy and making my weight go up and down. I have started working out a lot more here lately. I use to work out just 3-4 times a week. Now I work out about everyday. I cant believe that I actully enjoy working out I never would have thought it. I love more than anything feeling healthy. It helps me stay on track with what I eat.

I am just standing still again on my weight. I should really not complain because I am in the size I want but...for the life of me I dont know how. When I was in this size before I weighed in the 130's low 130's. I am not going to get focused on my weight. I just need to keep doing what I am doing and caring more about the inches. I wish everyone luck and just know it can be done. I look at pictures of me at 186 and remember thinking there is no way I can loose over 50 pounds. Well I am on my way I have lost 44. I am shocked it took a while but I am doing it. If I can I know you can. I have tried all kinds of diets and failed time and time again. Just to loose a few pounds but to regain it back and then some. Just get it in your head your feed up and change your life. I am so much happier. I feel healther and do so much more. I can remember walking to my mailbox and by the time I made it back to the door I would be out of breathe. I will have to say I am getting to where I like to exercise. I feel so much better if I do and on days I dont I feel slugish. Okay so maybe next weigh in things will change but for now I am doing good and keeping it off.

I did cheat during the super bowl. I ate ice cream lots of it. I only cheated a little but still cheated. Sometimes you just need chocolate. I could have ate the whole box. But I did not. I did not loose any weight either. I am okay with that because I am still loosing the last 10-15 pounds are hard to get off. I will do it but it is coming off really slow. I have not done to well with entering food or exercise. But not to worried about keeping up with it. Sometimes I dont get on here for a few days and it is hard to remember what I have ate. Hope all luck in getting to their goals it is possible if you mess up just pick yourself up and start again. Just dont be to hard on your self.

I have had a lot of problems with my computer so havent been here in a while. I have not been recording my food or exercise. I will get better at that. I am happy with my weight loss. It is coming off a little better now. For a while it took an act of congress to lose a pound it seemed. I have been doing this for a while now and have not gained a pound back so I am doing good. I know that this will not be a problem with me no more. I have not been dieting just changed the way I ate and added much needed exercise. I feel great better than I have felt in long time. I can walk to my mailbox and not be out of breath by the time I make it back to the door. I like the idea of being healthy. I just wish my husband was here to share it with me. He was such a great support. By the time he comes home i should have made it to my goal God willing. I can remember being 186 and thinking there is no way. I have to much weight to lose. I had to get fed up and get in the right mind set.
