Body is hurting in a good way after yesterday's workout.
Diet went well without cheating....so good for a Saturday

Walk 2 min at 5.0 -5.5 kph
Run 1 min at 8.0 - 8.3 kph

It's hard to loose weight, however I'm focused and dedicated tp loose this weight (19 kg). I've never been this heavy in my life. I want yo be a yummy not a frumpy mommy.
I enjoy my workouts, will add and change as I get fitter
12 Reps - Front lunges onto step (4 kg) each side
12 Reps - Front lateral raises (4kg)
20 Reps - Swiss ball crunches (3kg) added
REPEAT CIRCUIT 3X
22 Min walk on tredmill (5.5 kph)
