Not a good day for dieting. Feeling cold today, just wanted to nibble. made popcorn to curb cravings. But I manage to hang in there and stayed within my calorie intake for the day.
CIRCUIT TRAING:
12x Dumbell flyes (6kg)
12x Front lunges onto steps (4g per side)
20x crunches on swissball (4kg added)
REPEAT 3X
Walked 25 min on tredmill (5.5kph)

Was very busy today. Felt bit tired almost did not excersice. But thanks to my hubby I did.
15 Reps - Tush pushes
15 Reps - Laying tricep extension
15 Reps - crunches on swissball
REPEAT 3 X
Walk 25 min on tredmill - 5.5 kph

After a hectic day of house cleaning and cooking for my family I manage to sqeeze in a bit of training.
15 reps - plie squat (6kg)
12 reps - concentrating dumbell curl (5kg)
20 reps - swissball crunches (3kg)
Repeat 3x

Only 0.3 down. Feeling disappointed. ..worked so hard ans stuck to my eating plan...no cheats. Will I ever loose this weight. Nevertheless I eont let this get me down.
