Well i'm Not trusting my boyfriends scales again they said i was alot heavier than the doctors scales did. But almost a week on and i'm feeling less sluggish, happier and i'm sleeping better aswell. I know i won't have lost alot as its only the start of my new.healthy lifestyle but this feeling is worth it and when.i.finally fit into those size 10 jeans i will be so happy! I can see this time i am going to.keep it up. And keep it this way for the rest of my life. Welcome healthy happy amy to.the world and when she gets skinnier even better xxxxx

New Year New Start.
this ytear will be my year. I'm going cold turkey,for a few weeks, on the sweets and sugar because that a slippery slope. My problem is when I'm bored I snack. I need something to do with my hand so knitting will be my start :).
this year I have a few goals;
*lose the weight (get down to a size 10/12)
* get a full time job (i'm bored of having so much free time for me to lo9se all motivation)
* get better at budgetting my money (that one will be the most difficult)
Ive figuerd if I don't take money to work just what I need; e.g bus ticket, a bottle of water and money to buy uniform, I'll manage much better without, and when it finally gets lighter on a night its a 3 mile walk home I WILL manage that.
This app is better than noom as it means i know what I'm doing and I can get the help from others. I use cardio trainer to track my walking and my exercise then I can input in here much easier than noom. ive just got to remember to input the info.
what I would like someone to help me with is my snacking and finding better sncaks than sweets and cakes and chocolate. I'm not a bit fan of fruit so hopefully finding something new healthier will help me.
