The last few weeks have ben pretty rough for me. Fist was 11 days of vacation...eating out every meal. Got home and 2 days later was in the ER with my 6 year old after she spiked a temp almost 104! She has pneumonia!! Between the stress, worry and approaching TOM (finally arrived today), I was shocked to see any weight loss! It's been hard taking care of me when all my focus has been on taking care of my little one. Her fever finally broke yesterday, but the coughing has actually gotten worse.....apparently a good sign per the pediatrician! Hopefully she will be feeling better and driving me crazy (in a good way) soon...then I will be able to really focus on me again!

Been on vacation for past 12 days. Did not do great with my eating, but I am home now and back on plan! I will not weigh in until Wednesday...need a few days of clean eating under my belt before I see how 12 days of eating out has affected me.

2 1/2 weeks in and I am down 11.5 lbs! My energy is way up and I just feel pretty darn good! Lost a pants size too - have decided to donate what doesn't fit right away. I refuse to keep around my "fat" clothes because I never want to wear them again. I feel like if they are still in my closet I am giving myself permission to need them one day. Instead, I am going to pull out my skinny clothes and focus on getting into them! Started exercising again, kinda scary but the only way to know my limits is to test them I think. Starting out with good ol' Richard Simmons and walking 2 miles. Would love to work back up to "The Firm" videos and a 5 mile jog, but will have to wait and see.
