45 minute set of Ashtanga this am.
No afternoon workout. Between work and homeschool, I'm beat.

Took a walk out in the back field for about 20 minutes then did a HIIT workout (made up, 12 minutes, breathless)

Exercise
Yesterday I did most of a full primary. I cherry picked a little because I am a weenie.
Today I just did some light stretching because I overslept. I'm hoping to get in a HIIT workout later.

Exercise
Nothing formal today. Just a stretch out in the am and gardening in the afternoon. Still sore from yesterday's return to Bodyrock. I'm hoping that I can get up early enough tomorrow morning to do a full primary set.

My BP keeps going up and up. I checked it yesterday because my husband was checking his. yipes! Game is on! My check up is usually in January or February. 20lbs lost and in better physical shape by then or I'll most likely be put on meds. (still may but I gotta try)
