My Plan:
The goal weight is 130lbs.
minimum cals per day = 1300cals
Inactive day = 1600cals
Active Dat = up to 2100cals

Divide 1600 out to 320cal for each of 5 meals.

Travel days shoot for 430cal for each of 3 meals with 150-200cal snacks.

Heavy exercise days will add a 200cal snack before or after workout to compensate that.

Broken into 50% protein 30% carb and 20% fat
This is the rule that will be a challenge.

-Few processed foods
-No sugars (light on the fruit as well)
-No gluten and lighten up on the carbs
-Follow rules in the TIU plan that were helpful. No dairy after 12 no starch after 3 No eating within 2 hrs of sleepy time.
-Exercise dammit! A good week is 5-6 days of yoga in the am with 3-4 days of evening workout with HIIT or running.

I will not be logging my exercise here except maybe in a journal entry. I like how they calculate food cals here but not how the workout cals are calculated.
