So starting tomorrow I am going to do my food list as a journal entry. I had a pretty good day today & I started working out at Curves again after not going for 3 months. I want to look good for my 40th B-day on 9/21 !!

I am a little confused about adding the foods. I ate a South Beach Meal Bar & it should be only 3 carbs. Calories 210 minus 6 for fiber & minus 17 sugar alcohol. How can I get that added to food list as 3??
