For today's breakfast, I'm going to have three slices of wholemeal bread, two poached eggs, some salad and also one cube of feta cheese. I don't usually eat more than three slices of bread but I hope it would
increase
my weight faster.

This is my first entry and as of now, I'm planning to gain weight by eating more healthy food. I know that my BMI is
quite low
BUT that will be my main
motivator
to work harder and achieve my goal eventually.
