For today's breakfast, I'm going to have three slices of wholemeal bread, two poached eggs, some salad and also one cube of feta cheese. I don't usually eat more than three slices of bread but I hope it would increase my weight faster.

101.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
