I am a 30 year old from Northeastern Ontario, Canada. I am recently married(November 3, 2012). I work as a data analyst so I sit in front of a computer all day not really moving much. I go to the local goodlife gym fairly regularly (about 4-6 times a week for about an hour-an hour and a half) but I don't get to see much results from this until I can curb my crappy eating. It seems I have the best intentions when I first get the day started (the last week or so I have been doing the protein shake with blueberries for breakfast) but as soon as I have the option to go out to eat I grab it and totally take advantage of it. I seem to have a ton of self control as long as I feel the environment supports me (like eating at home with my husband) but as soon as I have options I blow it. Anyway.... that's why I am here right?! To get support and to be inspired by all you fantastic folks who have the same daily struggles I do in our relationship with food!
