I am a medically retired Army veteran living in Washington state with my fiance, Justin, who is a submariner. I have moved several times since leaving the military 2 years ago and have struggled a lot with my weight. To top it off, I haven't been able to exercise much because of my injuries, which rule out most exercises that involve the ball of the hip and strain on the back (not to mention those tricky knees). At 25 years old, I feel like I am 60 and falling apart.
I never talk about my issues with friends and family, so maybe I can trust a few strangers with common ground...
