18.8 lbs so far!I do give some of the credit to myself, but I got an allergic reaction to an antibiotic and havent been able to eat since yesterday morning. I am really excited and hope that I just lose more next week. My leader said not to be suprised if I gain some back next week-but I'm really gonna try not to!

I am so excited! 5 weeks-10 lbs! I havent even been working out-so imagine how much I could lose if I did that! So my goal for this week is to exersize at least 3 times.

I was really bloated and had some weird stomache issues due to some meds I was on. So I really didn't expect to lose. But I think next time I will do really well.

I have to say I am pretty excited-In 3 weeks I have lost 6.5 lbs! If I can keep this weight loss going, I may be on my way to my goal weight!
