I did core this week-and I really tried to stick with it. I am pleased with my loss-but I had antisipated more. But all in all it looks like core does work-so I think I will stay with it for a while now. I did no exercise this past week. I think I will try at least 3 days this week to do my exercise videos-that should help.

Well, I was really sick this week and I didn't write anything down, but I did watch my portion sizes. I guess that helped. I am starting core this week, so I am hoping to see a big loss next week. Wish me luck!

Well-I didn't follow closely at all this week, but I did eat ok. I just failed to get in my olis, fruits/veggies, and milks. Other than that I ate pretty well-but those I beleive are the keys to success. I am pleased with what I lost tho. I think I am going to chk out the core plan-I need to find out exactly what I can eat. I need to pull out my packet of info I havent seen in months. I will be getting the brand new materials this week when we start a new at work session-I have heard its new and improved. Good luck to everyone!

Well-I did horrible over the holidays and have missed several meetings. Considering this I am happy with my small gain today. After the new year I really felt like I had let myself down. I ate and ate and ate when I should not have. But-this is my first holiday season when I have attempted to eat right-and I think I did pretty good. I am trying to excersize as much as possible. I want 50 lbs GONE by spring. I want to some of my old clothes! Thanks everybody for the encouragement!

What can I say-it's the most wonderful time of the year. And the most wonderful food is laying around at work! Don't get me wrong-I am pleased with my self control and weight loss-but ever since the finale of The Biggest Loser I have just been really motivated and want the weight to fall off! Big plus-I measured my waist and I have lost 4 1/2 inches since July! I'm gonna keep on truckin.
