So I'm starting my diet regimen again today at 200lbs.....my goal is to lose weight for my friends wedding but ultimately to have better health.. I feel like I'm limping when I walk and I always feel lazy..I did 60 crunches today and I had big time cramps..it's so crazy how I let myself get this way..I'm so tired of being fat!,!,!My gosh why did I let myself go like this. I feel like crying.. When I was 16, I was only 115lbs. Now I'm 34 and I weigh 200...I need to to stop being such a pig!!! I eat way too much junk, eating late, and I dont exercise....who does that? My goL weight is 150 then if I reach that I'd like to go down 135lbs and keep working out, eating healthy so I can maintain my weight and be healthy...maybe live longer...IM TIRED!! I need to take care of myself!! I feel prettier, I feel more energy and my husband appreciates me more :) my goal is at least lose 40 lbs before thanksgiving!!
