Favorite HEALTHY Recipes
I will put here my one time favorite healthy snack,
So when I go shopping usually on Sunday I buy Celery, Green Peppers, Broccoli, I cut them all and place them in a big box and place in the fridge, the day before I go to work I fill a small plastic box which says it holds about three cups with those veggies. I dip those veggies in humus that I prepare by myself. Usually have it around 3 or 4 PM.

One other thing is healthy soup, I love lentil, so what I do is I boil orange lentil with some celery, chopped onion, some carrot boil them until every thing softens, add some salt and some hot spices, blend everything in the blender place in a box and heat it portions when I feel like eating some.
