Cholesterol and fat concerns
since cholesterol is a form of fat, I've always considered it might be actually processed by the body during ketosis... but I have no real idea. The body recycles cholesterol itself.. and creates it, so.. some of us run a little high or low, I'd not be concerned other then for extremes.

Just Getting Started
I doubt the hot sauce is much of the problem. teaspoon is nothing, the issue is generally additives like fat, butter, oil, sugar, flour. I make a VERY spicy cauliflower/spinach stew that is quite filling (no additives but spices).

Cholesterol and fat concerns
BTw, it's honestily easy to achieve the fiber goals daily. My daily dinner is about 2x the daily fiber recommended (or so).

The trick is..replace potatoes with cauliflower and eat more spinach. Done Smile
The problem I have with keto (personal opinion incoming). Fat does not sate me. I can eat unlimited amounts of it and not be sated very well (20 buffalo wings done)... I figured out a bit ago that protein and fiber sate me. My all you can eat soup basically knocks me dead in my tracks (ooh and my greek yogurt coleslaw takes the edge off quick (less then 100 calories). recently, I don't use coleslaw mix anymore.. just dip romaine lettuce.. awesome.

A few other notable veggies that can be used for low carb high fiber: Spring Mix / Romaine Lettuce / Cauliflower / Spinach / Brocolli / Asparagus / Zuccinni (noodles yum).
I eat five pounds of veggies a night (about 600 calories)... so, yeah I get my fiber Smile

Has anyone ever used Garcinia?
I tried it as well. No effects at all, it was my start to making the choice to lose weight, I remember staring at the pills at Walmart, one of those moments of ... wait a second, I just ate 2k calories for dinner and I expect a drug to 'cure' me.

my biggest awakening
Yeah, my awakening was when I realized I ate two dinners, I never counted calories, then I hit 300 pounds. Realized I ate about 4k calories a day. Ironically, just bad food choices on my part. Fiber, Coffee (or Tea), and Protein are wonderful things.

Confused by the loss of weight, though I think it deals with the fact I stopped with my usual fiber overload, probably loss alot of water weight with it.
