Dear journal,
Weighed in at the Bone Density place. Gained 13.2lbs since last weigh in (MyFitnesspal) and grew a further 4-inches. According to my BMI calculator I now have a BMI of 18.9 -YAY!!!
My new goal weight is 132lbs as that will take me from the cusp of healthy BMI to the middle which I think is far safer in case of any surgeries.

I haven't logged in for a while because of a bad illness that landed me in hospital for two weeks but that doesn't mean I wasn't gaining weight. The doctors, worried about the amount of weight that I lost through extensive weight loss put me on TPN. Surprisingly, my appetite soared while I was on the TPN and I was eating ravenously on top of my daily goal being met through the TPN. This meant that the mountains I was ingesting normally was just extra calories. I weighed myself on Friday and I gained a total of six kilos (I lost a kilo from the vomiting and got down to 31 kilos).
Now that the TPN has given me a huge head start I feel that I can continue on this ravenous weight gain. I also found that despite being taken off of the TPN my appetite didn't go with it.

I've changed to the SWortham's diet because, as I said before I need to gain weight and from what I've read, the SWortham's diet seems like my best option.
