not really on the fat smash anymore.. but did change my entire eating habits.. fat smash helped me to eliminate a lot of unnecessary foods and I've been able to retain the weight loss. I have only exercised 1 per week in the last 3 weeks. Not intentional. My goal is to work out 3 times per week. I will resume this beginning tomorrow

Sorry wanted to add this info also..
Not sure if my original post came through.. but my son and I are on Phase II starting tomorrow. During detox I lost 9lbs and my son lost 10lbs. I found it pretty simple.. just running to the store often to purchase items to prepare the meals. Actually after 3 days it became quite simple. I could see myself eating like this.
Any good recipes for phase II..

I started the program a week ago and I want to record that.. how do I put that on the calendar that I am starting phase II.. This is my first time signing up. I lost 9 lbs during detox.
Although it asks when you started - another date it won't allo wyou to go back and record the beginning date. What should I do
