not really on the fat smash anymore.. but did change my entire eating habits.. fat smash helped me to eliminate a lot of unnecessary foods and I've been able to retain the weight loss. I have only exercised 1 per week in the last 3 weeks. Not intentional. My goal is to work out 3 times per week. I will resume this beginning tomorrow
165.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Actually I did.. I am pretty much back to my regular work out routine. Need to continue consuming my water.. instead of the gallon per day I've been doing maybe 1 gallon every two days. Haven't been eating every 2hrs like I should.. but, I'm going to get back on detox to see if I can lose the additional 10lbs. Interested in seeing how I will look.
