Sunday morning rain is falling. . .
Well, not really. I just love Maroon 5 and that came out.
I was a busy girl yesterday, ran a few errands, and ate minimally. I did drink quite bit of vodka though. The end result, I lost a pound.
I'm tired of the up and down tell tale of the scale. What does one do about that? What CAN one do about that? Probably not a whole lot, but the research is still out on that.
I like that my bar is back to orange. Yellow, here I come. I've never seen any other color, so I don't know what comes after that, but I'm looking forward to that too!
I'm going to go on my walk, before doing many more errands again today. But first a nap is in order. So I think I will do that first.
Oh, I forgot to sign up for volleyball today. I think I might show up and see if anyone needs a player. But that would be in a couple of hours, so errands might have to be put off, or else I can't play.

Well, a 1 pound loss for the week, net loss of 6 pounds since I started in 18 days. Not really thrilled about this, I was doing so well, earlier this week, but I know it was because I wasn't eating enough calories, no one can maintain that for a very long time. Still not happy about it. And that net loss was after a 2 pound gain in the past 2 days!!! Eep!
Going to try to move on. Veggies, fruit and protein. Sounds easy, right? We'll just have to see about that.
Looking forward to being able to work again, gotta take is a little slow so as to not injure my knee again. 5 weeks till Halloween, and would really like to lose 10 pounds by then. I don't care which way, either by total pounds or just by fat %. Either way I'll be happy.
