after a month of plateau between +/- 2 lbs in low 90s, broke through this morning.

Up a bit, but overall good news Dr appt. for med check shows 32 lb loss since last visit, and A1C low enough to reduce meds. She was delighted - apparently, hubby and I are about the only patients she has seen losing during lockdown. Asked about being stalled at weight for a month despite walking 55 miles. While some could be building muscle, but taking a few days off of low RDI then go back on, increase fiber AND water intake combined with adjusted meds should start us back on another loss cycle. So taking a break till Monday when we start again.

Dinner on the patio tonight. The garden is contributing something for dinner every night. Tonight Yellow Gazpacho made with our Valencia tomatoes, our cucumbers and herbs. Our poblano peppers stuffed with diced chicken and veggies - no riced, some of our red tomatoes and zucchini and herbs and a bit of cheese to hold it together.
