I estimated my weight when I started this week so I thought I should weigh in and make sure I was recording everything correctly. I am doing really well with eating foods that are good for me and making sure my proportions are smaller. I hope to be down a couple pants sizes by my birthday in a month and a half!

I want to loose weight so I feel more confidant in my life. It is important to me to get down to a manageable weight and to be able to maintain it, not only for the way I will look but for my overall health as a whole.
