I'm fighting off bad habits today. While I was washing dishes I spotted a can of ravioli in the pantry. I only had a little and then I threw it outside for the animals. I know it sounds lame, but it took alot of strength. I'm proud of myself. I've never said that before and meant it. On a TMI note, I haven't had a period in three years and today I started spotting. I don't want to jump the gun, but I'm actually starting to feel healthier. It feels amazing. :)
