Do you eat all your calories?
My calories are set at 2200 - yikes. The highest I've eaten so far is about 1700. I don't seem to be hungry enough to eat that many. It just seems a bit high for me.

getting disocouraged
Well, I have been at exercise and healthy eating since the week of Thanksgiving. I have only lost 13 pounds. I started working with a trainer at the end of December. Since then (2 months) I've only lost 5 pounds. I have yet to have 2 consecutive weeks of weight loss - its a constant yo-yo gain lose gain lose etc.
Yesterday was bad as I figured since I gained a day off the wagon won't kill me. Today I am back on track. I'm in the gym 5 to 6 days a week.
I know I get a bit obsessed with what the scale says, however, my clothes aren't fitting different. Normally, I need to lose 25-30 lbs before I drop one size. I don't know what I need to change. Cut back on carbs? More protein? Less calories? I want to lose 60 lbs. I even tried a 14 day detox and didn't lose weight. I've tried natural metabolism boosters and nothing.
What do I need to change to get the scale to start going down?
