I am a 58 year old retired teacher. Last year I had a liver transplant and need to keep my weight down. I have a large bone structure so my idea weight is between 140-148 pounds. Not being able to exercise due to the transplant, it is imperative that I watch my calorie intake to keep my weight down.

Water retention
Drinking 160 oz. of water at 161 pounds could be too much. Should be around 81-90 oz per day. Too much water causes sodium levels to fall which can be dangerous.
