My hubby has finally agreed to help me on my quest. It's been a struggle because he loves icecream, sugary snacks, chips and so many things which aren't good for the body. I quit buying this type of food a while ago, and he would sneak around and get some. I wasn't tempted, but it made me feel like eating healthy and living a healthier life wasn't good enough for him even though we had talked about and decided together this was the way we wanted to move forward. he's also stopped trying to sabotage my efforts by begging to go to places which don't offer many healthy choices. FINAllY!

This week has been a struggle so far, and it's only Wednesday. But I've still made good choices and stayed on the path. Even though I seriously wanted to deviate, I didn't.

I had a great day today...accomplished all the shopping I needed to do and seperated all my fruits, veggies, and other food into the correct portions to make for no guess work and easy grab-n-go portability. And it only took an hour to do all of it.
