My hubby has finally agreed to help me on my quest. It's been a struggle because he loves icecream, sugary snacks, chips and so many things which aren't good for the body. I quit buying this type of food a while ago, and he would sneak around and get some. I wasn't tempted, but it made me feel like eating healthy and living a healthier life wasn't good enough for him even though we had talked about and decided together this was the way we wanted to move forward. he's also stopped trying to sabotage my efforts by begging to go to places which don't offer many healthy choices. FINAllY!
241.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
